Attorney at law

Maximilian Donath has been an attorney at law in KWR's employment law and data protection team since 2025. He previously worked as a legal assistant at KWR from 2018 to 2020 and also completed his traineeship at KWR from 2020 to 2025. Maximilian Donath gained his first experience in the area of data protection law and the operational implementation of the GDPR as an intern at Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co. KG (2018). During his judicial internship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, Maximilian Donath was assigned to the district court of Favoriten and the public prosecutor's office in Eisenstadt (2019-2020).
