Partner

Christian Temmel has been a partner at KWR since 2026 and practises in the areas of corporate, capital markets and securities law, including regulatory aspects. He specialises in particular in capital market transactions and corporate restructuring and regularly advises clients on national and international legal issues and transactions in his areas of focus.

Before joining KWR, Christian Temmel worked for two other renowned commercial law firms in Austria and as a teaching and research assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.

In addition to his work as a solicitor, he also lectures on corporate law and securities law at the University of Vienna and on stock exchange and capital market law at Danube University Krems and the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.

Christian Temmel has been an author, co-​author, editor and co-​editor of numerous publications for many years and is a regular speaker at specialist conferences.
