Senior Partner

Binyamin joined Shekel & Co. in 2008 and has extensive experience advising multinational corporations, investment funds, entrepreneurs, and private investors in their global operations. He specializes in all aspects of taxation, with a particular focus on international tax and cross-border tax planning. In addition to his legal training, Binyamin holds a degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Binyamin advises a wide range of Israeli and international clients on their business activities and investments both in Israel and abroad. On the corporate side, he is involved in complex tax planning aimed at optimizing tax outcomes for multinational companies. He also handles the tax aspects of international mergers and acquisitions and advises high-tech companies and businesses operating in the digital economy.

On the private client side, Binyamin handles matters related to tax residency, relocation, tax benefits for returning residents, international trusts, and employee stock options.

He represents clients in negotiations with the Israel Tax Authority, drafts complex legal opinions, assists in obtaining pre-rulings, drafts agreements, and represents clients in assessment proceedings and before the courts.

previously Binyamin served as Chair of the International Tax Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
