Marie Segerholm is an associate based at Magnusson’s office in Stockholm and works in the Commercial & Regulatory group. Although she focuses her practice primary on data protection and cyber security matters, she also provides advice in legal matters concerning commercial, intellectual property, AI law and technology.
Marie regularly assists with gap analysis, proactive compliance work, incident management, as well as training and seminars within the field. With her specific expertise in data protection, Marie frequently serves as an internal advisor to some of the firm’s clients’ Data Protection Officers (DPOs), in both complex and day-to-day matters.
