Heikki has extensive experience in international trade, energy sector, industry and financing.

He specializes in contracts, M&A, finance and company law. Prior to joining Magnusson, Heikki was a Co-founder and General Counsel at a Finnish greentech-process industrial company. He has previously worked as the General Counsel at an international oil trading group and as the Managing Partner of a Finnish law firm.
