Mikko Tiilikka represents clients in insolvency, corporate restructuring and dispute resolution proceedings.

Mikko has more than 30 years of experience in demanding insolvency and corporate recovery assignments, as well as litigation. He also advises financing companies on matters related to their business.

Before joining Magnusson, Mikko worked at three different law firms, holding significant management and business development roles.

He acts as an estate administrator in both small and large corporate bankruptcies, and as an administrator and supervisor in restructuring proceedings. Mikko assists creditors in various insolvency situations and advises company boards on corporate reorganisation measures. He also frequently lectures on corporate recovery, restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
