Jarno has over 20 years of experience in handling demanding dispute resolution matters and arbitration proceedings. He specialises in disputes related to construction and real estate law, as well as liability for damages and breaches of contract.

In addition, Sulasalmi has significant experience and track record in handling complex corporate crime matters. He regularly assists clients in criminal matters involving trade secrets, securities market, sanctions and fraud.

Jarno provides client-focused legal advice and representation across a wide range of legal matters and risk management. He works closely with companies operating in the industrial, real estate, IT, and media sectors, offering practical and approachable counselling. Prior to joining Magnusson, Sulasalmi worked for many years as an attorney at an international law firm.
