Adrian Roseti  represents several domestic and multinational clients, mainly with regard to infringement disputes and has an impressive track record in litigations related to trademark infringements, successful raids on counterfeits production and storage facilities and seizures of shipments of counterfeits by customs.

He is heading the IP department in Romania, being in continuous contact with each client and directly handling multifaceted matters.

Being active in the international IP legal environment even prior to Romania’s accession to the EU from his position as councelor of the Romanian Parliament, he is providing a wide range of solutions to IP matters from a broader legal perspective.

Adrian is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has been appointed as a member of INTA’s Committee for unfair competition from January 2016 until December 2019. He is also a member of the Romanian Bar Association
