Petros advises on complex transactions across a wide  range of sectors, including real estate, strategic property   investments,   construction  and  development,  energy,  and  emerging  technologies.   He provides comprehensive legal support throughout the full lifecycle of sophisticated investments - from initial structuring and negotiation to implementation, operations, and exit.

He also specializes in the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, helping companies navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and adopt new technologies responsibly and strategically.

Petros is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms, and served as Vice President for three years. He also represents Greece as a Council member of the International Bar Association’s European Regional Forum.

Petros is a memebr of the Athens Bar Association.

Petros  graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a M.St. from the University of Oxford, Faculty of Law and an LL.M from Harvard Law.
