Mika Lalaouni is head of the Corporate department at Drakopoulos. She has acted as strategic corporate advisor and General Counsel to the listed companies Intrakat and Empedos and as head of the legal department of Piraeus Real Estate (member of Piraeus Bank Group), advising in a wide array of matters, including enforcement issues.

During her 30-year practice, she has advised on a wide range of real estate and commercial transactions including Takeovers, Mergers, Acquisitions, Disposals, Capital Raisings, Joint Ventures and PPPs. Mika has extensive experience on Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Civil Law.

She holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LL.M. in European Community Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Essex and an MSc. In Business Studies for Law Practitioners from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA).

Mika is Corporate Counsel Forum Liaison Officer of the International Bar Association Real Estate Section, a member of the Lawyers’ Law of Conduct Committee of the Association of Greek Law Firms and a member of the Athens Bar Association.
