Founder and Managing Partner of CASTEGNARO - Ius Laboris Luxembourg, a well-known employment law niche firm in Luxembourg and founding member of Ius Laboris, an international alliance of leading Human Resources law practitioners. He is teaching Luxembourg labour and social security law at the University of Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg employment law in the framework of the "Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois" for the future Luxembourg lawyers. Guy also teaches Luxembourg labour law at the University of Lorraine in France. Mr Castegnaro participated in the establishment of the Luxembourg Labour Code and is the author and co-author of various articles and books on Luxembourg employment law.
