Adv. Shir Rozenzweig is a member of the White-Collar Practice within the Litigation Department. Shir specializes in white-collar crime, regulatory enforcement, and representation in international proceedings.

Shir represents public and private companies, corporate officers, and individuals in a broad range of complex criminal and administrative enforcement proceedings, from the investigation and hearing stages through proceedings before the various courts. She advises and represents clients in white-collar crime and regulatory enforcement matters, including securities offenses, money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption, competition offenses, corporate governance, compliance, and pardon applications.

Shir has experience advising corporate and private clients in internal investigations in Israel and abroad, managing large-scale document discovery processes, and representing clients in international proceedings, including Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) requests. She represents clients before international enforcement authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and coordinates and facilitates cooperation with enforcement authorities and regulators in Israel and other jurisdictions.
