Noa is a Partner in our Competition and Antitrust practice who handles a diverse range of matters pertaining to antitrust and competition law.

Among other things, Noa has handled restrictive arrangements and requests for exemption, Israeli merger control filings of complex merger transactions, joint ventures, and matters concerning monopoly laws, such as declarations of monopoly and the prevention of abuse of dominance. Noa has also been deeply involved in internal compliance proceedings for several prominent Israeli companies, including proclaimed monopolies.

Noa has represented clients before both the Competition Authority and the Competition Tribunal and is actively engaged in litigation within the field of antitrust law, including the handling of class actions.
