Adv. Yaara Deitcher represents private equity and venture capital funds, strategic and individual investors, and companies at all stages of development, in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions.

Yaara’s activities include mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and closing of international commercial transactions, investment negotiating and purchase agreements, joint ventures and ongoing consultation on corporate matters.

Yaara has extensive experience as an International business development consultant from her previous position as head of Robus’ International Department.
