Adv. Ronny Lapan accumulated extensive experience in civil – commercial litigation, and possesses unique expertise in the class action and derivative action field.

Ronny specializes in complex, large scale litigation proceedings, including contractual disputes; representing defendants in class actions and derivative actions; representing directors and executives; shareholder disputes; and other civil – commercial disputes.

Ronny accumulated extensive experience in managing complex class actions and derivative actions in various fields, including consumer law, securities and capital markets. In addition, he provides ongoing counsel to his clients – some of Israel’s largest corporations and senior executives – in a wide variety of litigation proceedings to which they are a party, in various civil – commercial law matters.

Among Ronny’s clients are leading Israeli businessmen and companies, including public companies, banks, and CPA firms.
