Adv. Dr. Ronen Hirsch specializes in the field of insurance, pension and provident funds.

Ronen has extensive experience in advising institutional bodies, pension and provident funds on all legal aspects of their ongoing operations, including investment rules; corporate governance rules and policies; rights of insured; and more.

Ronen has unique expertise in advising institutional bodies, pension and provident funds in their dealings with the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority and other relevant regulators, as well as in advising and representing these clients in legislative proceedings and the formulation of regulations.

In addition, Ronen represents pension and provident funds in competitive proceedings and commercial engagements, and advises on individual and collective employment agreements. Furthermore, Ronen has significant experience in landmark and class action litigation proceedings against pension and provident funds, and was involved in numerous precedential cases with a broad impact on the activities of the pension and provident fund sector in Israel.

In the past, Ronen served for over 20 years in various and diverse roles in the IDF’s Military Advocate General’s Corps. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Chief Legal Counsel of Israel’s largest pension funds (“Amitim”), for approximately 9 years.
