Mr. Vishnievsky is a senior associate in FBC’s Real Estate Department.

Mr. Vishnievsky advises clients on various real estate projects. His practice concentrates on residential, offices and commercial projects, including large-scale purchase groups and the representation of entrepreneurs.

Mr. Vishnievsky advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the acquisition; financing the acquisition and establishing the project; managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors, service providers and financial institutions; consulting on relations with municipal councils and planning authorities and real estate taxation.

Mr. Vishnievsky is well experienced in dealing with the Land Registry Office, Israel Land Authority, municipal councils, planning authorities etc.
