Mr. Azar is a senior associate in the Real Estate practice of our firm.

Mr. Azar specializes in the field of real estate. Within this framework, Mr. Azar advises clients with respect to residential, industrial, and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting agreements. Mr. Azar also advises entrepreneurs, developers, private clients and landowners in all aspects and stages of real estate transactions - from initial negotiations to registration of the property.

In addition, Mr. Azar specializes in the field of urban renewal. Within this framework, he handles daily activities in connection with NOP 38 projects (Tama 38), and evacuation and construction projects (Pinui Binui); represents unit owners in all phases of negotiations; handles tax aspects and registration of condominium units.
