Litigation

Mrs. Tamar is a senior associate in FBC’s Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on class actions, with a particular emphasis on consumer protection and insurance, corporate litigation and commercial disputes.

Mrs. Tamar represents clients before various Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

During her studies, Mrs. Tamar was a member of the editorial board of the Law Review of the Hebrew university of Jerusalem, and served as a research assistant in the field of administrative law.
