David Roness brings extensive expertise to the field of corporate and commercial law, offering valuable assistance to clients engaged in M&A transactions, investment rounds, interim capital raisings, joint ventures, and ongoing corporate and commercial activities. His practice encompasses corporate and securities matters, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset and share sales, and he is well-versed in a wide range of commercial agreements.

Before joining Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, David was a Senior Associate in a leading international law firm in Melbourne, Australia. Having joined the firm in 2008, he has accumulated significant experience, with his dedication and expertise leading him to become a partner in 2016.

David earned his LL.B. in 2001 and his LL.M. in 2004, both from Bar-Ilan University. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2001, and to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2008.
