Viktoria Kabov specializes in real estate, real estate financing, and urban renewal. She provides the firm’s clients, including leading real estate companies in Israel, banks, and major non-banking credit institutions, with a wide range of services in these areas. Among other things, she deals with real estate transactions and construction projects, sale and leasing agreements, financing agreements, and more.

As part of her involvement in the field of real estate and real estate financing, Viktoria conducts due diligence for various real estate transactions, financing deals, and lien and securities checks, representing her clients in various transactions, from the stages of legal negotiations to their completion.

Recently, Viktoria took part in establishing a mortgage system for a leading non-banking credit institution and represented one of the major banks in Israel

in various financing transactions, including land acquisitions, large-scale redevelopment projects, and more.

Viktoria joined the law firm as an intern in 2019 and has been a lawyer in the firm since 2020. She is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian.
