Guy Yarom specializes in civil and commercial litigation across a broad range of fields, with a particular focus on consumer class actions, privacy law, and complex business disputes involving intellectual property, entertainment, and media law. His experience includes handling commercial conflicts involving copyright and trademark law, design law, and plant breeders’ rights. Guy also represents clients in business disputes in the fields of technology and real estate, including the representation of developers and contractors.

In addition to his litigation practice, Guy advises Israeli and international companies on compliance with Israeli regulatory requirements, including the Consumer Protection Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Guy clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel under the Honorable Justice Yosef Elron. He holds an LL.B (with honors) from the University of Haifa and an LL.M in Commercial Law from the joint program of Tel Aviv University and UC Berkeley. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2019.
