Or Perel’s practice focuses on complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings, including public offerings of equity and debt securities.

Or represents financial institutions, as well as other lenders in high-value and complex financing and credit facilities, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, loan syndications, and the purchase and sale of large credit portfolios.

Additionally, Or has expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as in representing private and public companies and financial institutions in large-scale company acquisitions, sales, spin-offs, investment transactions and other commercial transactions involving a broad scope of issues. He also represents private companies in their initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well issuers and underwriters of public offerings of equity and debt securities.

Or has knowledge and expertise in other aspects of corporate and securities law and advises senior management of public and private companies, including financing companies and infrastructure companies, in strategic decision-making, and provides counsel on corporate governance, shareholder matters, and interested-party transactions.

Or received his MBA, majoring in finance (cum laude), and law degree (cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University in 2019, and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2021 and joined the firm as a lawyer that year.
