Asaf Tenenbaum focuses on transactional intellectual property law. He represents emerging and established companies in the fields of IT, software, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, working extensively with leading high-tech companies, and Technology Transfer Organizations at universities and medical centers.

Asaf has extensive experience representing clients engaged in diverse commercial transactions, particularly with structuring, negotiating and documenting complex licensing, development and technology transfer arrangements; clinical trial agreements; OEM, manufacturing and other distribution, supply and franchise arrangements; international collaborations and joint ventures; and Internet and e-commerce agreements.

Aside from his transactional work, Asaf has also gained significant experience as a litigator at some of Israel’s leading IP law firms, specializing in IP law and dealing with disputes relating to trademarks, patents, designs and copyright.

Asaf qualified as a lawyer in 2016, joined the firm in 2021 and was made partner in 2025.
