Maayan Malka Rublin’s practice at the firm focuses on the field of brand and trademark protection. Representing leading Israeli and international clients, in Israel and globally, she provides legal counsel and support in selecting commercial names for marketing and rebranding initiatives, strategic planning and building of professional portfolios for the registration and utilization of trademarks, and trademark registration in Israel and worldwide. As and when required, she collaborates with international colleagues to ensure optimal territorial protection of intellectual property rights in other territories as well.

Alongside this, Maayan also supports clients through commercial litigation, with an emphasis on handling class actions in the fields of insurance and disputes involving real estate and intellectual property laws.

After graduating (with honors), Maayan interned at the firm and joined as an associate upon her admission.
