Nitzan’s practice focuses on Project Finance and Infrastructure, advising clients on large scale complex PPP infrastructure projects in Israel, with a specialty in the transportation, security, energy and civil infrastructure sectors.

This practice also includes representation as of the commencement of the tender process, and throughout the development phase, financial closing, construction phase and ongoing representation during the operation and maintenance phase of a project. Nitzan deals with all legal aspects in connection with infrastructure projects, including consortium and shareholders agreements, compliance with the tender requirements, financing agreements, EPC and O&M contracts and various subcontracting agreements.

Nitzan’s experience includes representation of Israel and international clients on various sides of PPP projects, including project companies, shareholders, contractors, and financiers, funds and partnerships.

Nitzan also represents contractors and subcontractors in the civil engineering sector in infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad.

Additionally, Nitzan has experience in M&A transactions, especially the infrastructure, civil engineering, and transportation sectors.

Nitzan’s experience also includes ongoing corporate and commercial representation of Hi-Tech companies, as of their incorporation and throughout their entire lifespan, in various transactions.

Nitzan received her LLB from Tel Aviv University in 2015 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016.

She is fluent in Hebrew and English.
