Adv. Assaf Irony is a Partner and Co-Head of the Planning and Zoning practice at S. Friedman, Abramson & Co.

Assaf specializes in all aspects of planning and zoning law, representing developers, resident groups, and public entities before planning authorities and judicial instances across Israel. His practice spans the full spectrum of planning and permitting procedures, including representation before local and district planning committees, the National Planning and Building Council, and administrative courts.

In addition to his commercial work, Assaf is actively engaged in academia and professional training. He teaches mandatory courses on the legal aspects of urban planning at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, in both the M.A. program in Urban Planning and the Urban Engineering program for practitioners.
