Adv. Haya Spiegel is a Partner in the Litigation Department at S. Friedman, Abramson & Co. and co-heads the firm's Labor Law Department. With over two decades of distinguished experience in labor law, employment relations and litigation, she advises and represents clients across both the private and public sectors.

Haya represents clients in labor courts and mediation proceedings, while also providing ongoing strategic counsel on the labor aspects of complex transactions, organizational changes, and workforce management. Her practice is particularly noted for its strength in collective labor disputes, including the negotiation and drafting of collective agreements, as well as her growing expertise in labor law class actions.

Beyond her client work, Haya plays an active role in shaping labor law in Israel. She is a member of the National Council of the Israel Bar Association and serves as Co-Chair of its Labor Legislation Committee. In this capacity, she is involved in drafting position papers and participating in Knesset committee discussions on proposed legislation. She also represents the Israel Bar Association in precedent-setting labor court proceedings as amicus curiae (friend of the court).
