Adina Chilim-Dumitriu, Executive Partner, is Head of the Telecommunications and Media practice and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices of NNDKP, with a successful career spanning more than 28 years. Adina has advised various companies and authorities on the full spectrum of public procurement matters in relation to the construction or rehabilitation of major infrastructure projects in Romania. Additionally, she has a solid track record in assisting clients active in the military and defense sector, being involved in numerous military procurement programs undertaken in Romania in the air, naval, land, and communications areas. Throughout her career, Adina has advised clients in large projects that have shaped the local economic landscape, including cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures, IT and media regulatory, and some of the largest privatizations in Romania.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu joined NNDKP in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is a fluent English speaker and has good command of French.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is a member of the Bucharest Bar.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 1997 and successfully attended several post-graduate courses from institutions such as: the New York City Bar Association; St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, UK; ERA – Academy of European Law.
