Adriana I. Gaspar, Senior Partner, co-heads NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices. She has over 30 years of activity in the legal field, including academic and magistracy positions, and has been a Partner of the firm since 2000. Her corporate law portfolio includes a wide variety of M&A projects, by industry and by type, strategic corporate governance and compliance support, as well as fraud investigation assistance. Adriana has earned wide recognition for her expertise in structuring cross-border and domestic transactions and investments and for her valuable contribution to landmark projects undertaken in the local market. She has advised private sector entities on major transport infrastructure projects, including road, port and airport facilities, and contributed to Romania’s constantly evolving legal and regulatory framework in this field.

Adriana Ioana Gaspar joined NNDKP in 1996 and was appointed Partner in 2000. She is a former judge with the Bucharest Court and Associate Professor at the University of Bucharest Law School.

Adriana Ioana Gaspar is fluent in English and a good speaker of French and Italian.
