Alina Timofti is Co-Head of NNDKP Tax Advisory Services and has been a Tax Partner of the firm since 2008. Drawing on a professional career spanning over 28 years, Alina applies her expertise to provide bespoke tax strategies and solutions for businesses across a variety of industries, helping them optimize their tax position and minimize liability. She regularly advises on the Romanian tax aspects of acquisitions, restructurings and other transactions and has led numerous projects in which she guided clients in developing their internal tax systems or in identifying potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement for tax compliance purposes. Additionally, Alina brings strategic expertise in audit defense and tax controversy, helping clients resolve tax issues effectively while minimizing financial and reputational risks.

Alina Timofti co-founded NNDKP Tax Advisory Services in 2008 and has ten years of experience in Big 4 and consultancy multinationals.

Alina Timofti is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors. She is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, Taxation Task Force as well as Foreign Investors Council in Romania, Taxation Task Force.

Alina Timofti graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest in 1997 and also holds a master's degree in EU Law.
