He has extensive expertise across the full spectrum of tax advisory services typically required by businesses, from assistance in structuring operations to optimize tax efficiency to advice on various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin offs and other business restructuring operations. His practice also focuses on designing tax procedures and implementing tax functions to help clients achieve tax compliance, as well as providing strategic guidance through tax controls and in interactions with tax authorities.  Additionally, Lucian brings knowledge of the gambling industry, his expertise in this area covering the full range of tax challenges and opportunities specific to gambling businesses.
