Daniela Gramaticescu is a Partner in NNDKP's Dispute Resolution practice. With 24 years of experience in the legal profession, Daniela has extensive experience in dispute resolution matters, with a focus on administrative, tax, civil, and commercial litigation. She assists clients in complex disputes related to tax, infrastructure, real estate, energy, environmental matters, competition and public procurement. Her work also covers class actions and regulatory matters across several industries. Additionally, Daniela regularly advises in domestic and international arbitration cases, particularly those involving high-value contractual and investment-related claims.

Daniela Gramaticescu joined NNDKP in 2006 and was appointed Partner in 2017.
