Roxana Abrasu is a Partner and Head of the Employment practice of NNDKP. With a career spanning more than 18 years, Roxana's expertise covers the full lifecycle of employment relationships, from the design and implementation of internal policies to the management of individual and collective dismissal procedures. She regularly advises on strategic workforce restructuring and downsizing initiatives, and has extensive experience with the full range of employment termination scenarios, including those arising from misconduct, redundancy and mutual agreement, as well as in managing cross-border and local business transfers (TUPE). She frequently leads collective bargaining processes, representing employers in negotiations with trade unions and employee representatives. She also provides counsel on workplace investigations and discrimination or harassment claims and assists clients with the implementation of restrictive covenants and post-employment protections.

She has been part of the NNDKP team since 2010 and was appointed Partner in 2021.

Roxana Abrasu graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi Law School in 2007.
