Alexandru Aparaschivei has 20 years of professional experience in tax consultancy and is a Tax Partner at NNDKP Tax Advisory Services. He coordinates the indirect tax practice of NNDKP, providing strategic guidance to clients across a diverse range of industries, with focus on the energy and natural resources, industrial, manufacturing, retail, and real estate sectors. His work ranges from tax consultancy and M&A to tax audit defense and litigation support. In the last years, following market trends, Alexandru assisted clients with the implementation of RO e-Factura and RO e-Transport systems, as well as in related disputes. Alexandru’s experience also extends to procedural aspects, advising clients on tax payment facilities, including the rescheduling and restructuring of tax obligations, as well as tax amnesty programs.
