Member of the Founders’ Council and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice. Attorney ad litem in numerous litigation and arbitration proceedings. Provides advisory service in numerous privatisation, merger and acquisition transactions. Former adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law. He plays a role of former member of a team of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation. Author of numerous publications on company law and dispute resolution.

Graduate of Law and Administration, Warsaw University; postgraduate of the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics, where he was also a lecturer (1993-99). Józef was an adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law (1990-92) and former member of a team of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation.

Polish, English and Russian.

Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
