Kamil specialises in legal advice on preparing, implementing and accounting for infrastructure investments. Advises entities in the construction, energy and real estate sectors on projects to construct and upgrade power plants and industrial installations, power lines and stations, motorways, railway lines, tramways, wind farms, shopping centres and stadiums, and on property development projects. He is an expert in investment contracts, particularly construction works contracts, EPC and EPCM contracts and PPP agreements, and FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Also has experience in carrying out legal due diligences of businesses, planning capital structures and restructuring projects.
