Katinka Wikborg is a partner at Ro Sommernes’ shipping, offshore, and finance department, particularly focusing on corporate, finance and asset transfer transaction within the maritime industry. Her work includes assisting national and international clients with cross-border investor projects, vessel sale and purchase transactions, ship financing and refinancing arrangements, construction and conversion projects, chartering agreements and management- and operational related aspects.

Katinka Wikborg was employed as a Senior Associate in Ro Sommernes in September, 2019. She got her practicing certificate in 2017.

Wikborg was earlier employed by Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS as an associate since 2013 and as a senior associate since 2017. She also has experience as a trainee in various Oslo based law firms and as an intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
