Håvard Wiker works with business law in general, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring and debt negotiations. He is head of the firm's insolvency and restructuring department and is regularly appointed as trustee by the Probate and Bankruptcy Courts in Norway.

Wiker started as an associate in Ro Sommernes in 1993 and joined the firm as partner in 1996.

Håvard Wiker has for a number of years been a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's committee of bankruptcy, lien, enforcement and debt recovery, and has served as chair of the committee for several years.

Håvard Wiker graduated from the University of Oslo in 1992 with a Master of Laws.
