Håkon Hellerud is a partner at Ro Sommernes’ shipping, offshore and finance department, working primarily with shipping and offshore transactions, financing and corporate matters, including asset and newbuilding transactions, acquisitions, equity transactions and financing. Hellerud works mainly within the shipping, offshore, energy and real estate sectors, and has broad international experience, generally assisting national and international clients with cross-border matters.

Hellerud was employed as an associate in Ro Sommernes in 2016, in 2023 he joined the firm as partner.
