Alexandros is the Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Banking and Finance.

Having joined the firm in 1989, his practice focuses on Corporate and Banking & Finance, where he has developed deep expertise, providing legal guidance on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and large-scale project financing deals.

Throughout his tenure, Alexandros has played a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic growth and legal identity, guiding critical business decisions and delivering solid and comprehensive legal solutions to leading Greek and international organizations, banks, and investment entities.
