Associate

Danai joined the firm in 2021 as a trainee Associate, with focus on banking & finance, corporate and commercial law. She is actively involved in monitoring regulatory compliance for a range of prominent domestic and international clients. Her work also includes participation in M&A and real estate transactions, contributing to the drafting of due diligence reports and transactional documentation.

Danai has experience in Industrial & Intellectual Property, having previously worked at European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She is also well-versed in Digital Law, with particular familiarity with AI regulation, data protection, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

She is a scholar of the Union of Greek Shipowners and has received an honorary award of excellence from the Association of Greek Commercialists.
