Katerina advises Greek and international clients on corporate, commercial and competition law matters, with particular expertise in agency and distribution agreements, merger control, and antitrust compliance. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, including retail, energy, automotive, and real estate, where she combines legal precision with a pragmatic understanding of market dynamics.
She represents clients before the Hellenic Competition Commission in investigations concerning cartel conduct, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance, and has successfully secured merger control approvals for complex cross-border transactions and joint ventures. Katerina also advises on the structuring and negotiation of commercial agency, distribution, and franchising agreements, ensuring alignment with Greek and EU competition rules.
Katerina also advises on intellectual property protection, licensing, and commercialization strategies, as well as art and cultural property law. She regularly counsels collectors, artists, and institutions on matters relating to ownership, provenance, and cross-border circulation of artworks.
She has contributed to the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) – Cartels & Leniency 2025 for Greece.
