Associate

Vanessa joined the firm in 2022 and focuses on corporate and financial law, and M&A. She has experience of acting for domestic and international individuals, and entrepreneurial clients, with work covering both regulatory and transactional matters. She assists in day-to-day advice on regulatory aspects of banking, capital markets, corporate, and corporate governance fields. She is also involved in corporate finance & M&A transactions, by participating in the drafting of relevant due diligence reports, as well as in transactional documentation.

Her expertise also includes handling the clients’ affairs in respect of civil, commercial, corporate, and administrative law matters, being involved in high-profile litigation procedures before the Greek Courts, as well as in representing the clients before public authorities.
