Senior Associate

Having joined the firm in 2024, Konstantinos represents both individuals and legal entities before the Greek Courts in matters relating to civil (contract, property, labor, family), commercial (corporate and banking), and administrative law. He has extensive litigation experience, including the drafting of legal documents and the supervision of case file preparation.

He also advises companies on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, supporting their day-to-day operations and assisting with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.

In addition, Konstantinos is actively involved in business transactions and corporate restructurings, undertaking legal due diligence, drafting agreements, and handling all formalities required for their implementation.
