Career

Having joined the firm in 2025, Semina is active both as a litigator and as a legal consultant and specializes in civil, commercial and financial law.

Semina handles disputes covering a broad range of civil, commercial/corporate, administrative and criminal law matters, both domestic and cross-border, including inter alia torts, fraud, contractual breaches, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate conflicts comprising shareholders’ disputes and directors’ liability, intellectual property rights protection and property litigation. Her practice encompasses disputes in all major industry sectors, namely banking, shipping, construction and infrastructure, energy and financial services.

Semina is highly involved in multiple projects providing legal advice to companies relating to corporate transactions, privatizations, project financing, commercial agreements and regulatory licensing procedures. She also participates in complex due diligence exercises and M&A transactions. In addition, she regularly provides advice to high net-worth individuals on a wide variety of areas associated with family matters, succession and real estate.

Early on in her career, Semina gained valuable in-house experience in the Legal Services Division of the National Bank of Greece.
