Senior Associate

Persi is a Senior Associate, Accredited Mediator and Certified Data Protection Officer, with extensive exposure to various E-discovery projects in London and Zurich.

Persi joined the firm in 2022 and advises clients on civil, corporate and commercial law, M&A and mediation. She works on a wide range of M&A and commercial transactions, leading due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and overseeing all related Greek law formalities. She also supports clients on regulatory compliance, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks and meet AML, fraud prevention and other good practice requirements.

A recognized privacy expert, Persi has extensive experience in the processing of special categories of personal data. She works closely with healthcare, tourism and e-commerce companies to design and implement long-term data protection and security strategies.
