Panagiotis joined the firm in 2022 and specializes extensively in real estate and property law, assisting both international and domestic investors with property acquisitions in Greece. He has developed significant expertise in cadastral matters and property management, including ownership declarations, correction requests, leases, and all issues falling under the scope of cadastral law.

He also has specialized knowledge in urban planning and special zoning law, providing legal support to individuals and companies on matters related to zoning regulations, land use, construction outside city plans, legalization of unauthorized buildings, and environmental restrictions. His experience includes cases concerning Residential Control Zones (ZOE), Special Urban Plans (EPS), Local Urban Plans (TPS), and compliance with environmental legislation, ensuring full legal compliance for both investment and private projects.

Panagiotis conducts detailed investigations of the urban planning status of properties regarding development or utilization possibilities and represents clients before competent urban planning authorities, committees, and courts.
