Angeliki is a Senior Associate and an attorney qualified to practice before the Court of Appeal.

Having joined the firm in 2009, Angeliki specializes in a broad range of practice areas, with a particular focus on Shipping Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Finance, and Civil Law.

Her vast experience in shipping includes advising on all aspects of shipping transactions, including ship sale and purchase, financing, and vessel registration. She is a member of a team providing ongoing legal advice to several ship-owning companies. In the corporate and commercial field, she represents Greek and international Greek and international clients in a wide range of transactions, including corporate governance, establishment, regulatory compliance, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and agreements in both English and Greek. Her banking and finance expertise involves acting for financial institutions in ship finance transactions, including loan facilities and maritime mortgages. She also specializes in Civil Law, drafting and negotiating various agreements relating to leasing, supply, and the provision of services.
