Senior Associate

Nadia joined the firm in 2021 and has extensive experience supporting companies through all stages of their business activity – from incorporation and corporate structuring to contract negotiation, due diligence and transaction execution.

She has been actively involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, share purchase and sale contracts, as well as NDAs and MOUs.

In addition to her core practice in corporate and commercial law, Nadia has a strong interest in Art and Cultural Property Law, focusing on legal issues arising at the intersection of business, law, and the arts.
